20 minute full body workout

I wake up at 5:45 am without an alarm set for it. I was able to sleep at around 11pm. I was meaning to have a full body workout for a long time now. This is the day that I actually do it. I’m happy that I took the step to have this workout today.

It is also good that I am following a guided video because I want to have a good workout and its really helpful for beginners.

I would like to stay active and do what is good for my body. Staying in the present and improving my life is my focus these days.

I would also love to be able to write short blogs like these while listening to new music.

Its already 6:30am now and I will go on with my day. To more blogs!
