I just want to share the small actions I do daily since Monday this week.
I started writing in a black notebook the things I am grateful for the day. I primarily answer three questions. The format was one question then the seven answers for the repeating question.
Here are the three questions that I keep answering for five days now:
What do I really want?
What I am grateful for?
What will I do today?
Answering these three questions daily help me to reflect on my own life. Due to long hours at work I don’t have much time to think about my own life. By writing a journal every 6 am help me to be more productive at work. I was being clear about my goals and wants about my future. I was also able to keep my mind off for a few minutes and focus on my answers for each questions.
Hopefully in the next few blogs I can share more about what I am working on towards my self improvement each day.
I also want to thank everyone paying a visit even though I wasn’t being so active in this blog.
I was working so hard in the past few working days and I will now focus my time in other things like writing more blogs this coming weekend.
