I slept at 10pm last night and it’s a big change for me. Normally I will not sleep unless it’s midnight. With my long work hours, I want to live my life extra more hours after work. But then this isn’t good for my health.
This is the reason why I want to change my sleeping schedule and habits.
I noticed that my body is responding well with sleeping at 10pm. I wake up early too and that’s a bonus!
I woke up at 1am due to some nightmares but then fell asleep again. I had this dream that I am being late for work for almost three consecutive days now.
I am grateful that all those were just a dream.
I set the alarm in my phone last night at 5am but then I woke up twelve minutes early than my alarm.
As soon as I wake up, I standup and do some stretches while watching a YouTube video on workout routines that can help in gaining weight. It also include the foods that can increase weight.
As I put on my running shoes, I also read some motivational words.
I go outside and took a walk. At first I was just walking from one block then go walk back from where I have been. But then I feel like I need to walk more and turn in the corner of the street.
I took the opportunity to buy fruits and food that can help me in my weight gain journey in the market.
It’s admirable to see the fruits and vegetable vendors to start placing their products as early as 5:30 am.
Their hard work inspires me to wake up early too and just get things done.
I bought banana and potatoes as I want to add extra weight in my body.
Hopefully these small steps I am taking will be effective.
I am also grateful that I was able to write this blog! Having an extra hour before work because of waking up early and sleeping early enable me to sit and write this blog.
As we aspire to be wealthy, we should also make it a goal to be as healthy as we can.
Don’t skip your breakfast before going to work. Also don’t skip dinner after your work. Be intentional with the food that you eat and don’t binge on the unhealthy foods.
