The past weeks, I’ve been sleeping at 2am. There were times I was able to sleep at 3:30am.
This is a messed up sleeping routine. I wake up at 6am and 7am. It was a source of negative energy throughout the day. This weekend I was able to go home and I was able to sleep at 11:30 pm from Friday till Sunday night.
I need to wake up at 4am Monday Morning as I have to travel from my home to my work place. Then I will stay in the room I rent from Monday evening till Thursday night.
I need to work on my sleeping schedule as it is affecting how I function as a person.
Having low energy, unable to eat a full meal and just being not my best self are enough reasons to try to sleep earlier.
Tonight I will try my best to sleep at 10pm. Lights off, phone off and I’ll put an alarm at 5:30 am as I want to take my morning walk.
I also want to have my fitness routine no matter how time consuming my work was.
I want to gain weight to improve my health too. I am eating more times a day and I will learn more about gaining weight in the next week’s to come.
I will start with not skipping breakfast and dinner. I will also eat food between breakfast and lunch and dinner. I want to successfully gain the weight I desire while also looking closely with the food that I eat.
I will read for 5 minutes after posting this blog and go to sleep at 10pm.
