What is the best advice that you can give to a young adult in just one sentence?

Take courage to pursue your dreams.

This is the best advice I can give you. No matter what you feel now, how discouraging it may seem, how unfair your life has been still stand up and take courage to pursue your dreams.

You might hear discouraging words from people closest to you, but you need to keep going. You need to take risks and take that leap of faith.

People can judge you from the decisions you make, ignore the hate.

You can’t take shortcuts. You can follow the path less traveled and stay on the course even if you don’t see significant progress.

You might be in your 20s today and will you wait till you are 40 years old to start doing the things you dreamed of since you were 12 years old?

The years passing by should be spent on something that gives you value and color in life.

Follow what gives you joy. It might not bring you the constant happiness but joy is what you will need to keep going.

I love receiving questions request in Quora. I will try my best to blog at least one answer to a question from Quora every Sunday!

Don’t let your yourself to sabotage your goals in life.

  1. My best advice to a young adult:
    1) The best time to invest was yesterday, the 2nd best time is today… right now!
    2) You are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with, so choose wisely.

    1. Great advice! I would love to invest more and surely if I do I won’t regret the days I haven’t. Spending time with people who bring out the best in you is so important.
